The ICC has been constituted to prevent and address complaints related to sexual harassment and to ensure a fair and confidential mechanism for grievance redressal.
Objectives of I.C.C.
To provide a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students and staff of Alok College, Kekri (Ajmer).
To prevent and address sexual harassment within the college premises.
To provide a fair, confidential, and impartial mechanism for receiving and resolving complaints.
To create awareness among students and employees regarding the prevention of sexual harassment and their rights.
To encourage a culture of dignity, equality, respect, and gender sensitivity.
To ensure that complaints are handled promptly and appropriately in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
To organize awareness programmes, workshops, and sensitization activities for students and staff.

Rules Against Sexual Harassment
Alok Vigyan Mahavidhyalaya Kekri is committed to providing a safe, secure and respectful environment for all students faculty and staff sexual harassment in any form is strictly prohibited and will invite disciplinary action as per Institutional rules and applicable laws.
Rule and Regulations –
- Every student and employee has the right to study and work in a safe environment free from sexual harassment.
- Any Act of sexual harassment on the college campus during college activity or through online platforms is strictly prohibited.
- Complaints may be submitted to the internal complaints committee.
- All complaints will be traded confidentially and investigated fairly.
- False complaints made with malicious intent may also attract disciplinary action.
- Retaliation against complainant or witness is strictly prohibited.
- Appropriate disciplinary action will betaken against Individuals found guilty.
