Examinations

Alok Science College, Kekri conducts internal assessment and university examinations in accordance with the academic calendar, examination guidelines, and rules prescribed by Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University (M.D.S.), Ajmer.

Internal Tests & Assessment

  1. Internal tests are conducted periodically to evaluate students’ academic progress and understanding of the subjects.

  2. Students are required to appear in all scheduled internal tests.

  3. Internal assessment may include class tests, assignments, practical work prescribed by the Institution and University.

  4. Internal assessment marks are recorded and submitted as per the prescribed guidelines of the Institution and University.

University Examination

  1. University examinations are conducted as per the examination schedule and guidelines issued by Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer (Raj.).

  2. Students must fulfil the prescribed eligibility and attendance requirements to appear for university examinations.

  3. Students must carry their valid admit card and college identity card during the examination.

  4. Students are required to maintain discipline and strictly follow all examination rules and instructions.

  5. Any use of unfair means, malpractice, or misconduct during the examination will be dealt with according to University and Institutional rules.

Practical Examination

Practical examinations are conducted for applicable courses as per the University schedule and prescribed guidelines. Students are required to complete their practical work and maintain practical records as instructed by the concerned department.
