Professional Conduct
All staff members shall maintain professional, respectful, and ethical behavior with students, colleagues, parents, and visitors.Punctuality & Attendance
Staff members must report to the Institution on time, maintain regular attendance, and follow the prescribed working hours.Teaching Responsibilities
Faculty members must perform their academic duties sincerely, complete the syllabus on time, and maintain appropriate teaching standards.Student Discipline
Staff shall treat all students fairly and respectfully. Any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.Confidentiality
Staff members must maintain the confidentiality of institutional records, student information, examination matters, and other sensitive information.Use of Institutional Property
College facilities, equipment, documents, and other institutional resources must be used responsibly and only for authorized purposes.Leave & Permission
Leave must be taken only with prior approval from the competent authority, except in genuine emergencies.Professional Appearance
Staff members are expected to maintain a neat, decent, and professional appearance appropriate for an educational institution.Communication & Social Media
Staff must communicate responsibly and must not publish or share confidential, misleading, or inappropriate information about the Institution, students, or colleagues on social media or other platforms.Conflict of Interest
Staff members must avoid activities or relationships that may create a conflict of interest with their institutional responsibilities.Academic Integrity
Staff shall uphold honesty and integrity in teaching, examinations, evaluation, research, and all other academic activities.Compliance with Rules & Regulations
All staff members must follow the rules, regulations, policies, and lawful instructions issued by the Institution and competent authorities.
Note: Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in appropriate disciplinary action as per the rules and regulations of the Institution.
